Kiwi Avocado Kale Popsicles

Whether you're recovering from a fever (like our little one) or looking for a guilt-free treat to celebrate it's the weekend, these kiwi avocado kale popsicles are the perfect fix. Refreshing, nutrient-packed, and oh-so-easy to whip up.

Kiwi Avocado and Kale Popsicles

Serves: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1.5 cups pineapple, frozen
  • 2 kiwis, one reserved
  • 6 oz coconut water, plain

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (minus reserved kiwi) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cut the reserved kiwi into thin slices. Add it along the sides of the popsicle mold. Pour smoothie into popsicle molds after adding kiwi.
  3. Freeze tonight. Enjoy tomorrow!
