SUMMER SNACKING RESET

In as little as 2 weeks, we can transform the way your family approaches feeding.

With clearly defined boundaries that help your child to be in tune with their hunger and fullness cues, you will feel relieved that you're doing good not harm when it comes to fostering a healthy relationship with foods for their kid(s).

You will also leave each strategy session with a sense of confidence for how to respond to challenging feeding scenarios. Plus, having access to Ashley's on-call advice will give you the step-by-step instruction and support you need to change what, when, and where snacks are offered.

As parents, we know this is not an easy job - especially when it is one we are faced to manage multiple times a day! But it is possible to go into summer with a sense of calm AND courage. You can rest assured your children are getting the nutrition they need AND make the most of this time season by adding variety to what they're willing to eat.

Here is how it works:

Once registered as a new client of The Summer Snacking Reset, you will receive onboarding information with instructions. These will walk you through the following steps:

  1. From 12-3pm CST Monday through Friday, you have unlimited access to Ashley. You can send Ashley private messages and get real time advice from her to help you right then and there!
    Please allow up to 15 minutes for a response. If you send Ashley a private message outside of these hours, she will respond to you the following day.

  2. In your messages to Ashley, you may include photos, videos, voice messages, and/or written DMs about what you are wondering, struggling with, or need ideas on. This is your time, so use it however is most helpful to you!

  3. Ashley will provide you with the visual and/or verbal advice needed to successfully handle any of the situations at hand.
